Personal equiment used in a Mans Shed

Certain projects by members may require special equiment and/or instuments that need to be brought to the shed for short term use and then withdrawn.

Is a system required to differentiate between Mans Shed holdings on items on the Sheds Asset register and members personal items?

Has any Man's Shed dealt with this or similar problems of short team loaned items?
