Proposal to split the SMS NETWORK area

Subject to the sheds APPROVAL, it is proposed to split the SMSN
into north and south with the A303/M3 being the southern border
but allowing the sheds to pick which they want to be in (either or both) .

Suggest this be an item for the next regional meeting and as a subject on the forum.
